BARRIER FABRIC AND METHOD Abstract of the Disclosure A barrier fabric is provided which is impermeable to liquids and permeable to vapor. A polymer film is laminated to a porous fibrous web. The composite web is then needled repeatedly with fine conical needles to provide micropores through the film.
