A barrier laminate packaging material comprising from its outermost surface to the innermost surface contacting the contents of the container to be prepared therefrom, a first exterior layer of a low density polyethylene polymer, a paperboard substrate, a first interior layer laminate coating of nylon with a tie resin layer, a blown film layer comprising a first low density polyethylene polymer layer, a tie layer, a first interior layer of EVOH, a second tie layer, a second interior layer of EVOH, a third tie layer and a second interior layer of low density polyethylene polymer, and an innermost product contacting layer of low density polyethylene.
L'invention concerne un matériau d'emballage stratifié à effet barrière comprenant, de la surface la plus à l'extérieur à la surface la plus à l'intérieur qui se trouve au contact du contenu du réceptacle destiné à être produit à partir dudit matériau : une première couche externe constituée d'un polymère polyéthylène de faible densité ; un substrat en carton ; une première couche interne sous la forme d'un revêtement stratifié de nylon ; une couche de résine de liaison ; une couche de feuille soufflée comprenant une première couche de polymère polyéthylène de faible densité, une couche de liaison, une première couche interne d'EVOH, une deuxième couche de liaison, une seconde couche interne d'EVOH, une troisième couche de liaison et une seconde couche interne de polymère polyéthylène de faible densité ; ainsi qu'une couche de contact avec le produit qui est située la plus à l'intérieur et est constituée de polyéthylène de faible densité.
