ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Fixed on the board is a support in which is rotatably mounted a shaft which is rigid with two pulleys each cooperating with guide means respectively for the straight-edge. Mounted between the support and the shaft are a rotary sleeve and a spring which is wound around the shaft and is rigid with the shaft and with the sleeve in the support but is withdrawable so as to permit the regulation of the torsion of the spring and the balancing of the straight-edge.
