A base station includes: a scheduler which performs frequency scheduling for each sub-frame; means which prepares a control channel containing common control information mapped over a system band and specific control information mapped onto at least one RB allocated to a specific user device; and means for creating a transmission signal by time-multiplexing the common control information and the specific control information according to an instruction made by the scheduler. The common control information includes a format indicator indicating which of predetermined selection values is the number of symbols occupied by the control channel inone sub-frame. The common control information includes a specified multiplexing number or a smaller number of the unit information parts of a predetermined data size. The specified multiplexing number is contained in report information.
Selon l'invention, une station de base comprend : un programmateur qui effectue une programmation de fréquence pour chaque sous-trame ; des moyens qui préparent un canal de commande contenant des informations de commande communes mappées sur une bande de système et des informations de commande spécifiques mappées sur au moins une bande de système et des informations de commande spécifiques mappées sur au moins un RB alloué à un dispositif utilisateur spécifique ; et des moyens pour créer un signal de transmission par multiplexage temporel des informations de commande communes et des informations de commande spécifiques selon une instruction faite par le programmateur. Les informations de commande communes comprennent un indicateur de format indiquant laquelle des valeurs de sélection prédéterminées est le nombre de symboles occupés par le canal de commande dans une sous-trame. Les informations de commande communes comprennent un nombre de multiplexage spécifié ou un nombre plus petit des parties d'informations unitaires d'une dimension de données prédéterminée. Le nombre de multiplexage est contenu dans les informations de rapport.
