The base station device (100) has a specific reception dynamic range. A reception level information acquiring section (154) acquires reception level information on received signals from users (#1 to #N). On the basis of the reception level information, a selection section (156) selects a user acceptable in the reception dynamic range from the users (#1 to #N). A transmission permission notifying section (120) notifies the selected user of the permission of the uplink data transmission.

Ce dispositif de station de base (100) est doté d'une gamme de réception spécifique dynamique. Une section d'acquisition d'informations au niveau de la réception (154) permet d'acquérir des informations de réception à l'aide des signaux envoyés par les utilisateurs (du n°1 au n°N). Sur la base d'informations de réception, une section de sélections (156) sélectionne un utilisateur acceptable dans la gamme de réception dynamique des utilisateurs (du n°1 au n°N). Une section de notification d'autorisation de transmission (120) signale à l'utilisateur sélectionné l'autorisation de transmission de données sortantes.
