A base station includes: means for planning a radio resource allocation for each of sub-frames; means for preparing a control channel having common control information to be mapped onto a system band and specific control information to be mapped onto at least one resource block allocated for a particular user device; and means for time-multiplexing the common control information and the specific control information so as to create a transmission signal. The common control information has: a unit information part of a predetermined data size smaller than the specified multiplex number which is transmitted for each of sub-frames, a format indicator indicating which of the predetermined selection branches is indicated by the number of symbols occupied by the common control information in one sub-frame, and information indicating the maximum number of persons contained in the information. The information indicating the maximum number of persons contained in the information is contained in the common control information at a cycle not smaller than the sub-frame.
L'invention concerne une station de base comprenant : des moyens pour planifier une allocation de ressource radio pour chacune des sous-trames ; des moyens pour préparer un canal de commande ayant des informations de commande communes devant être mappées sur une bande de système et des informations de commande spécifiques devant être mappées sur au moins un bloc de ressource alloué pour un dispositif utilisateur particulier ; et des moyens pour multiplexer dans le temps les informations de commande communes et les informations de commande spécifiques de façon à créer un signal de transmission. Les informations de commande communes ont : une partie d'information unitaire d'une dimension de données prédéterminée inférieure au nombre de multiplex spécifié qui est transmis pour chacune des sous-trames, un indicateur de format indiquant lequel des branchements de sélection prédéterminés est indiqué par le nombre de symboles occupés par les informations de commande communes dans une sous-trame, et des informations indiquant le nombre maximal de personnes contenues dans les informations. Les informations indiquant le nombre maximal de personnes contenues dans les informations est contenu dans les informations de commande communes au niveau d'un cycle non inférieur à la sous-trame.
