ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A basement wall system of interconnected, pre- formed modules, each module formed of spaced interior and exterior panels interconnected by flanged steel splines embedded in both panels. Each module is anchored to the basement foundation footing, preferably with a structural plate which becomes part of the module when assembled. Adjacent modules interconnect by overlapping a common stud therebetween to which they are secured. The top edge portions of the modules receive a girder. -6-
