ABSTRACT of the DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a portable serving and utility tray for use during a bath, whereupon the user would place the preferred embodiment upon the bath tub's side reins or edges. The present invention comprises a base further comprising a lateral movement guide affixed or molded to the underside of the base. A preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a self-draining gallery rising vertically about 1 to 2 inches (2.5 to 5.0 cm) from the upper surface of the base. A further aspect of the preferred embodiment comprises a hinged book rest, affixed to the centermost portion of the base and held in a raised portion with cabinet hardware such as a lid holder. -1-
