This invention consists of a one piece moulded veneer which will fit over a bathtub. It will cover all exposed surfaces and be shaped so as to closely follow the contours of the bathtub. The veneer shall have a drain hole opening and an overflow opening which will overlie the bathtub drain and overflow openings.
