- 4 - TITLE BATON THROWING GAME APPLICANT JACK JOSEPH BONNER and RONALD JOHN BONNER o/a BONES GAMES INVENTOR Jack Joseph BONNER ABSTRACT A baton has a cylindrical shaft of fixed diameter and opposite end protrusion of larger diameter and is adapted to act as a throwing token to be captured by a goal which has a base surmounted at a pre-determined elevation from a playing surface, the base carrying upward separating means which define recesses the width of which are slightly larger than the diameter of the shank but smaller than the diameter to the protrusions. As such, when the baton is thrown, it may be captured in one of a plurality of adjacently disposed recesses defined by the goal. Depending upon the denomination of each recess, and each player having thrown a given number of batons, a player "wins" with the highest denomination.
