ABSTRACT This newly invented load bank, called BATTERY ANALYZER, is compact and mobile. It is about one third the size of a conventional load bank but it is four to six times more efficient than its counterpart. Its compactness and portability allow it to be employed on-site in very cramped quarters. On average, the analyzer requires one hour to more accurately analyze the condition of one battery while the conventional load bank would require four to six hours. It detects battery cell deficiencies from 2 volts and up and has a drawing power of 25 amps to 250 amps. It is able to draw more amps in less time because of advanced, low electrical resistance and high heat resistant components. This new analyzer is powerful, reliable and accurate and has been designed to take the "guess work" out of battery maintenance.
