A battery holder fox electrically connecting and holding a battery in connection with an electrical circuit comprises a pair of magnets to hold the battery in place. The magnets are electrically conductive and are attached to the terminals of a battery. Another pair of magnets are electrically connected to an electrical circuit. When the magnets of the battery holder are placed in contact with the magnet electrically connected to the electrical circuit, the magnetic forces hold the battery to the electrical circuit and the contact of the two pairs of batteries electrically connects the battery to the electrical circuit.
