A battery module transceiver (5, fig. 2) for extending the operational range of an infrared remote controller is disclosed. The battery module transceiver comprises (5, fig. 2): a battery power supply (51, fig. 2) received within the battery module transceiver (5, fig. 2) which provides power for the infrared remote controller, and a transceiver (50, fig. 2) received within the battery module transceiver. The transceiver has a detector (52, fig. 5) for detecting a radio frequency pulse (4, fig. 2) accompanying a first infrared signal generated from the infrared remote controller and a transmitter (53, fig. 2) for generating a radio frequency signal (7, fig. 2) in response to the radio frequency pulse (4, fig. 2).
L'invention concerne un émetteur-récepteur de module de pile (5, fig. 2) destiné à étendre la portée d'une télécommande à infrarouge. Cet émetteur-récepteur de module de pile(5, fig. 2) comprend : une unité d'alimentation de pile (51, fig. 2) placée dans l'émetteur-récepteur du module de pile (5, fig. 2) laquelle fournit de l'énergie à une télécommande à infrarouge, et un émetteur-récepteur (50, fig. 2) placé dans l'émetteur-récepteur du module de pile. L'émetteur-récepteur possède un détecteur (52, fig. 5) permettant de détecter une impulsion de radiofréquence (4, fig. 2) accompagnant un premier signal infrarouge produit par la télécommande à infrarouge et un émetteur-récepteur (53, fig. 2) destiné à produire un signal de radiofréquence (7, fig. 2) en réponse à l'impulsion de radiofréquence (4, fig. 2).
