A battery monitoring system communicating with a battery product having an at least one electronics module and computer readable storage media, an at least one sensor circuit sensing the status of the battery product, an at least one communication device communicating data from the battery product and to the battery product, and an at least controller, where the controller receives sensed parameters or data from the at least one sensor, processes and filters the parameter or data, and analyzes the data to establish the condition of the battery.
