Disclosed is a breast cancer resistant protein (BCRP/ABCG2) inhibitor. A BCRP inhibitor comprising an acrylonitrile derivative represented by the general formula (1) or a salt thereof as the active ingredient: (1) (E or Z) wherein one of R1 and R2 represents a cyano group and the other represents a hydrogen atom; Ar1 represents a group selected from the groups represented by the formulae (2) to (4) below; and Ar2 represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group which has a fused ring optionally substituted by a halogen atom or a group selected from the groups represented by the formulae (5) to (15) below.
L'invention concerne un inhibiteur de la protéine de résistance au cancer du sein (BCRP/ABCG2). L'inhibiteur de BCRP comprend un dérivé d'acrylonitrile représenté par la formule générale (1) ou un de ses sels comme ingrédient actif : (1) (E ou Z) où un élément parmi R1 et R2 représente un groupe cyano et l'autre représente un atome d'hydrogène ; Ar1 représente un groupe choisi parmi les groupes représentés par les formules (2) à (4) ci-dessous ; et Ar2 représente un groupe hydrocarboné aromatique ayant un cycle fusionné éventuellement substitué par un atome d'halogène ou un groupe choisi parmi les groupes représentés par les formules (5) à (15) ci-dessous.
