BEAM LEADED DEVICE WELDING MACHINE Abstract of the Disclosure A transfer means picks up an element from one platform and transfers it to another, the transfer means also including a working tool, such as a heating rod to weld the element to a substrate after it has been transferred through the application of heat and pressure. The second platform includes means to adjust the element in relation to the heat- ing rod such that the pressure asserted by the heating rod will be equally distributed to the element.
