The portable device (1) comprises a system unit (3), a keyboard unit (2) and a display unit (11) which are mounted so that they can rotate about a common axle (33). The externally arranged keyboard unit (2) and the system unit are locked in the closed state and in the an open state. A bearing arrangement for the cited device is to be shown which guarantees a reliable locking of the two device parts (2, 3) in the named positions. This is achieved by a projection (34) being connected to the system unit (3) and by a bar (35) being connected to the keyboard unit (2), whereby the elements (34, 35) are moved against spring power and, by overcoming a latch (37, 38, 39), are moved into the named positions and are locked.
