A bearing arrangement for a roller crusher having a pair of crushing rollers (R), each one including a shaft (10) having end portions (11), mounted in respective bearing housings (40) carried on a base structure (S) of the crusher, and a median hub portion (12). The bearing housings (40) of each roller (R) are affixed to a structural frame (50) disposed externally to each roller (R), along one side of the respective roller (R), the structural frame (50) maintaining the bearing housings (40) of each roller (R) rigidly connected to each other. Each bearing housing (40) includes a base portion (41) affixed to the structural frame (50) and a cover portion (42) turned to the other roller (R) and removably affixed to the base portion (41).
L'invention concerne un ensemble palier pour un concasseur à cylindres ayant une paire de cylindres broyeurs (R), chacun comprenant un arbre (10) ayant des parties d'extrémité (11), à montage dans des logements de palier respectifs (40) portés sur une structure de base (S) du concasseur, et une partie médiane de moyeu (12). Les logements de palier (40) de chaque cylindre (R) sont fixés sur un cadre de structure (50) extérieur à chaque cylindre (R), le long d'un côté du cylindre respectif (R), le cadre de structure (50) permettant de maintenir les logements de palier (40) de chaque cylindre (R) raccordés de manière rigide les uns par rapport aux autres. Chaque logement de palier (40) comprend : une partie base (41) fixée au cadre de structure (50) et une partie couvercle (42) tournée vers l'autre cylindre (R) et fixée de manière amovible à la partie base (41).
