ABSTRACT A "T"-shaped frame for cloths, suitable for cleaning floors or other surfaces, is formed by a shaped fixed body provided with housings including an internal spring, within which clamping pushbuttons operate. The movement of the clamping pushbuttons is limited by stopping tongues on the pushbuttons which engage in slots in the housings. The fixed body is connected with side pivotable arms kept in a fixed horizontal position by the clamping pushbuttons. In operation, the buttons are withdrawn from the housing, thus releasing the side arms.
