The present invention concerns a bearing structure having the features of the classifying portion of claim 1. The invention further concerns a process for the production of a shaped body, in particular a rotor blade, of a fibre composite structure, comprising the following steps: - producing shells forming the outer contour of the shaped body, - producing bearing structures of fibre strands of predetermined length which are impregnated with a hardening composite material, and - transporting the bearing structure into the shells. Therefore the object of the present invention is to develop a process of the above-defined kind in such a way that the exothermic reaction is restricted and the risk of undulations is reduced.
L'invention concerne une structure de support (14) telle que caractérisée dans le préambule de la première revendication. Cette invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'un corps moulé, en particulier d'une pale de rotor (10), présentant une structure composite renforcée par des fibres. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent : à produire des enveloppes (11, 12) formant le contour extérieur du corps moulé ; à produire des structures de support constituées de boudins de matériau fibreux de longueur prédéterminée qui sont imprégnés d'un matériau composite durcissable, et ; à transférer la structure de support dans les enveloppes, des composants préfabriqués, constitués de matériaux composites renforcés par des fibres et résistants à la flexion (24) étant intégrés dans la structure de support (14, 16). L'objectif de cette invention est de perfectionner ce procédé de façon à limiter la réaction exothermique et réduire le risque de formation d'ondulations.
