The Bed Sheet Lift invention is a device which alleviates discomfort of the feet of persons sleeping on their backs on a bed mattress with cover sheets and weighty bedding bearing down on the tips of the toes. Said invention is comprised of a multi-faceted flanged base which is wedged between mattress and box spring and a manually articulated multi-faceted swivelling arm attached to said base by way of a swivel pin. Said invention is installed and pressed against the bottom edge of a mattress within the sleeping cavity of the bed enveloped within the tucked top sheet. The said primary function of said invention is achieved through the action of said swivelling arm which when articulated from a horizontal resting position into full vertical operating position lifts and props up said bedding thereby creating said cavity in the immediate foot area of the bed and alleviating the downward pressure of bedding on the toes.
