A bee escape board provides for efficient migration of bees within a period of about 24 hours from a beehive honey super to the brood chamber. The escape board includes a plurality of escape cells which can be in the form of hollow truncated cones, which cells provide for a relatively voluntary migation of bees, in contradistinction to forced removal of bees.
