ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A polished circular hole cutter having an elongate tubular body member with a heat treated cutterhead in the form of a cylindrical ring connected at one end and a fastening means connected at the other end. The inner diameter of the cylindrical ring being less than the inner diameter of the elongate tubular body member at the one end and the outer diameter of the cylindrical ring being greater than the outer diameter of the elongate tubular body member at the same one end. The free end of the cylindrical ring has a chamfered sharp edge for cutting smooth holes in a polystyrene bee nest block or the line in a clean and expiditious manner.
