A unitary frame and comb foundation in a bee hive having a plurality of combs. The unitary frame and comb foundation is made of a conductive resistive polymer for providing a foundation for a comb to allow a queen bee to lay eggs in cells of the comb for producing and storing drone larvae and pupae and a source of electrical current to selectively electrify the drone larvae, pupae and mites on the larvae and pupae in the comb and kill the mites without electrifying a remaining portion of combs in the beehive
