A device (10) is housed in a housing in the general form of a wrist watch (not shown). A vibrator (22) within the device can be manually actuated at (26) to provide tactile stimulation to the wearer. The device (10) also incorporates a store (38) for storing an audible message available to the wearer at (36), through a headphone socket, loudspeaker or the like, when play back is initiated by a control (28). During play back, a link device (40) monitors the message being reproduced, and causes activation of the vibrator (22) at appropriate points within the message, as required for effective behaviour modification.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) placé dans un logement, généralement en forme de montre-bracelet (n'apparaît pas). Un vibrateur (22), situé à l'intérieur du dispositif, peut être actionné manuellement (26) afin de fournir une stimulation tactile à l'utilisateur. Le dispositif (10) incorpore également une mémoire (38) destinée à mémoriser un message audible auquel peut avoir accès l'utilisateur (36), grâce à un point de connexion pour écouteurs, un haut-parleur ou autre dispositif semblable, lorsque la lecture est mise en route par une commande (28). Pendant la lecture, un dispositif de liaison (40) surveille le message reproduit et génère l'actionnement du vibrateur (22) aux points appropriés du message, comme requis pour obtenir une modification de comportement efficace.
