A belt conveyor transporitng loose tobacco material, comprising a transporting belt (3), equipped with an vibratory sub-assembly with independent driving means, a feeding channel being placed over the transporting belt (3), is characterized in that according to the invention the vibratory sub-assembly of the transporting belt (3) has a form of at least two separate vibratory portions (V1, V2, V3), each comprising at least one roller (10a) having eccentric elements (10b) and symmetrically arranged counterweights (10c), and in case of using eccentric elements (10b) of the same active radii on the rollers (10a) of all the vibratory portions (V1, V2, V3), the distance between the transporting belt (3) and the axes of the rollers (10a) of the starting vibratory portion in which feeding of the loose tobacco material takes place is minimal, and the distance form the transporting belt (3) to the axes of the rollers (10a) of successive vibratory portions (V2, V3) is an increasing function, and when the axes of the rollers (10a) of all the vibratory portions (V1, V2, V3) are at the same distance from the transporting belt (3) then the active radius of the eccentric elements (10b) of the starting vibratory portion (V1) is the biggest one, and the radius decreases for the eccentric elements (10b) of the starting vibratory portion (V1) is the biggest one, and the radius decreases for the eccentric elements (10b) of the rollers (10a) of successive vibratory portions (V2, V3), and each of the vibratory portions (V1, V2, V3) has separate adjusting elements providing independent adjustment of magnitude and direction of vibration amplitude vector, and has also separate adjusting elements providing independent adjustment of frequency of the transporting belt vibrations, irrespective of speed of the transporting belt (3).
L'invention concerne un transporteur à courroie de tabac à cigarettes. Ce transporteur comprend une courroie de transport (3) pourvue d'un sous-ensemble vibratoire comportant un dispositif d'entraînement indépendant, un canal d'alimentation étant disposé au dessus de ladite courroie de transport (3). Le transporteur à courroie selon l'invention se caractérise en ce que le sous-ensemble vibratoire de la courroie de transport (3) est constitué d'au moins deux parties vibratoires (V1, V2, V3) distinctes, chaque partie comportant au moins un rouleau (10a) pourvu d'éléments excentriques (10b) et de contrepoids (10c) disposés symétriques. Lorsque les éléments excentriques (10b) utilisés présentent le même rayon actif sur les rouleaux (10a) de toutes les parties vibratoires (V1, V2, V3), la distance entre la courroie de transport (3) et les axes des rouleaux (10a) de la partie vibratoire de départ dans laquelle s'effectue l'alimentation en tabac à cigarettes est minimale; et la distance entre la courroie de transport (3) et les axes des rouleaux (10a) des parties vibratoires suivantes (V2, V3) représente une fonction croissante. Lorsque les axes des rouleaux (10a) de toutes les parties vibratoires (V1, V2, V3) sont à égale distance de la courroie de transport (3), le rayon actif des éléments excentriques (10b) de la partie vibratoire de départ (V1) est le plus élevé. Le rayon des éléments excentriques (10b) des rouleaux (10a) des parties vibratoires suivantes (V2, V3) diminue. Chaque partie vibratoire (V1, V2, V2) comporte des éléments de réglage distincts permettant un réglage indépendant de l'amplitude et du sens du vecteur d'amplitude des vibrations, ainsi que des éléments de réglage distincts permettant le réglage de la fréquence des vibrations de la courroie de transport (3), indépendamment de sa vitesse.
