The invention relates to a belt bag for a machine gun (1), comprising two bag parts (23; 41; 43; 45) which can be locked together when in the position of use in order to form a bag, and when in the position of non-use, can separated from each other thereby releasing a tracking area and then are connected together again along a hinged area. One part of the bag part (23) can be pivoted. The invention is characterised by the fact that the bag part (23) is made of a rigid material and can be fixed to the machine gun (1). The invention also relates to a machine gun (1) provided with said type of belt bag.

L'invention concerne une poche à bande conçue pour une mitrailleuse (1), comprenant deux parties de poche (23 ; 41 ; 43 ; 45) qui, dans la position d'utilisation, peuvent s'enclencher solidement l'une avec l'autre pour former une poche, et qui, dans la position de réarmement, peuvent être séparées l'une de l'autre, par pivotement, de manière à libérer une zone de poursuite, et qui sont alors encore liées l'une à l'autre le long d'une zone de charnière, une partie de poche (23) pouvant pivoter.
