There is disclosed herein a simplicity multi-functional binder. This binder has three rings with swing sawtooth arch legs. It is easy to operate and can hold a lot of paper with or without punched holes. The key component is the swing sawtooth arch legs. By pushing the paper into the binder, the swing legs lock the paper. When pulling the paper out, it releases the paper automatically. This idea can be applied to other stationary or devices for office or personal use.
