A bending mechanism capable of bending drive of .plusmn. 90~ per degree of freedom by only an operation to directly slide a set of multi-joint links, a combination of such mechanisms making it possible to effect multi-degree of freedom bending. For this purpose, a first frame (1), a second frame (3) and a third frame (5) are pivotally connected in series disposition successively through a first rotary shaft (2) and a second rotary shaft (4). On the right- hand side of the first rotary shaft (2) of the first frame (1), a first driving link (7), a second driving link (9) and a third driving link (12) are connected. On the left-hand side of the first rotary shaft (2) of the first frame (1), a first constraining link (15) and a second constraining link (17) are connected. When the third driving link (12) is slid, the first frame (1) is turned from side to side.
L'invention concerne un mécanisme de flexion pouvant entraîner une flexion de ? 90· par degré de liberté par une simple opération de glissement direct d'un ensemble de joints multiarticulés ainsi qu'une combinaison de mécanismes de ce type permettant d'obtenir une flexion à degrés de liberté multiples. A cet effet, une première pièce (1), une deuxième pièce (3) et une troisième pièce (5) sont reliées en série successivement de façon à pouvoir pivoter par l'intermédiaire d'un premier arbre rotatif (2) et d'un second arbre rotatif (4). Un premier joint d'entraînement (7), un deuxième joint d'entraînement (9) et un troisième joint d'entraînement (12) sont reliés sur le côté droit du premier arbre rotatif (2) de la première pièce (1). Un premier joint de contrainte (15) et un second joint de contrainte (17) sont reliés sur le côté gauche du premier arbre rotatif (2) de la première pièce (1). Lorsque le troisième joint d'entraînement (12) est glissé, la première pièce (1) est tournée latéralement.
