The present invention relates to compounds of the formula Image in which: - R1 is a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom; - R2 is a cyclohexyl or a phenyl; - R3 is a cycloalkyl containing from 3 to 6 carbon atoms; - R4 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl containing from 3 to 6 carbon atoms; and - A is a group selected from: -CO-CH2-, -CH(Cl)-CH2-, -CH(OH)-CH2-, -CH2-CH2-, -CH=CH- and -C~C-, and to their addition salts with mineral or organic acids. These compounds are active on the immune system. The present invention further relates to a method of preparing said compounds and to the pharmaceutical compositions in which they are present.

L'invention porte sur des composés de formule Image , où R1 est un hydrogène ou un halogène; R2 est un cyclohexyle ou un phényle; R3 est un cycloalkyle renfermant de 3 à 6 carbones; R4 est un hydrogène, un alkyle de 1 à 6 carbones ou un cycloalkyle de 3 à 6 carbones; A est un groupe choisi parmi -CO-CH2-, -CH(Cl)-CH2-, -CH(OH)-CH2-, -CH2-CH2-, -CH=CH- et -C~C-; ainsi que sur leurs sels d'addition avec des acides minéraux ou organiques. Ces composés agissent sur le système immunitaire. L'invention présente également une méthode pour préparer ces composés et des compositions pharmaceutiques qui en renferment.
