Novel benzenesulfonamide derivatives of general formula (I); (wherein R1 is hydrogen, halogeno, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or nitro; R2 is C4-C8 alkyl substituted with one or more fluorine atoms; R3 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; X is sulfur or CH=CH; and n is an integer of 2 to 4). Drugs containing the derivatives as the active ingredient are usable for the invention and/or treatment of thrombosis, asthma or allergic diseases.
