This invention provides a compound having both IL-4 production inhibitory activity and PDE (IV) inhibitory activity, represented by formula (I): (See Formula I) [wherein A represents a triazole group; R1 and R2 may be the same or different from each other and each represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical which may have an alicyclic or aromatic hydrocarbon radical or an alicyclic hydrocarbon radical; R3 represents hydrogen atom or a substituent group; and R4 represents a hydrogen atom or a protective group of the nitrogen atom], and a pharmaceutical composition, a therapeutic or preventive agent for acute and chronic inflammatory diseases and an anti-allergic or anti-inflammatory agent, each of which comprising an effective amount of the compound and a pharmacological carrier. It also provides a use of the compound of formula (I) for the production of the aforementioned pharmaceutical composition, therapeutic or preventive agent for acute and chronic inflammatory diseases and anti-allergic or anti-inflammatory agent, for preventing acute and chronic inflammatory diseases.

Cette invention concerne des composés correspondant à la formule générale (I) où A représente un groupe triazole. R1 et R2 peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent chacun un groupe hydrocarbure alicyclique ou, encore, un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique ou alicyclique comportant éventuellement un groupe hydrocarbure aromatique. R3 représente hydrogène ou un substituant, tandis que R4 représente hydrogène ou un groupe protégeant l'atome d'azote. Ces composés possèdent une activité inhibitrice de production d'IL-4 ainsi qu'une activité inhibitrice de PDE(IV). Cette invention concerne également une composition médicale qui contient une quantité efficace de l'un de ces composés ainsi qu'un excipient pharmaceutique. Cette invention concerne aussi un remède ou un agent prophylactique permettant de traiter les maladies inflammatoires chroniques ou aiguës, ainsi qu'un agent antiallergique ou un agent antiphlogistique. Cette invention concerne en outre des procédés d'utilisation des composés correspondant à la formule (I), lesquels procédés permettent de produire la composition médicale, le remède ou l'agent prophylactique permettant de traiter les maladies inflammatoires chroniques ou aiguës, ainsi que l'agent antiallergique ou l'agent antiphlogistique. Cette invention concerne enfin un procédé thérapeutique et/ou prophylactique de lutte contre les maladies inflammatoires chroniques ou aiguës.
