A benzoazine derivative represented by the following formula (1), Image (1) wherein R1 represents an alkyl group, alkoxy group, halogen atom, halogenoalkyl group, amino group, hydroxy group, benzyloxy group which may have a substituent, cyano group, carbamoyl group, acyl group, nitro group, carboxy group, or sulfonamide group; R2 and R3 may be the same or different and each individually represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, or R2 and R3 indicate in combination an alkylene group having 2-7 carbon atoms; R4 and R5 may be the same or different and each individually represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; X denotes O, S, or N-R6 (wherein R6 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group or pyridyl group which may have a substituent); m is an integer from 0 to 4; and n is an integer from 1 to 3, or a salt of the benzoazine derivative. The compound exhibits superior effects for reducing blood glucose value, plasma insulin value, and plasma triglyceride value, and is useful as a medicament for preventing or treating diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and obesity.
Un dérivé de la benzoazine représenté par la formule suivante (1), Image (1) dans laquelle R1 représente un groupe alkyle, un groupe alkoxy, un atome d'halogène, un groupe halogénoalkyle, un groupe amine, un groupe hydroxy, un groupe benzyloxy qui peut porter un substituant, un groupe cyano, un groupe carbamyle, un groupe acyle, un groupe nitro, un groupe carboxy, ou un groupe sulfonamide; R2 et R3 peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentés chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle, ou R2 et R3 indiquent ensemble un groupe alkylène comptant de 2 à 7 atomes de carbone; R4 et R5 peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentés chacun un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle; X représente O, S ou N-R6 (dans lequel R6 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle ou un groupe aryle ou un groupe pyridyle qui peut porter un substituant; m est un nombre entier de 0 à 4, et n est un nombre entier de 1 à 3, ou un sel du dérivé de la benzoazine. Le composé présente des effets supérieurs pour réduire les valeurs suivantes : glucose sanguin, insuline plasmatique, et triglycérides plasmatiques, et il est utilisé comme médicament pour la prévention ou le traitement du diabète, de l'hyperlipidémie et de l'obésité.
