Compounds represented by the formula: Image wherein R1 and R 2 are hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group or a heterocyclic group, or R1 and R2 may form, together with the adjacent carbon atom, a 3- to 8-membered homocyclic or heterocyclic ring, W indicates (i) a group represented by the formula: Image wherein ring B indicates a 5- to 7-membered ring, or (ii) a group represented by the formula: Image wherein R4 indicates (1) an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, which may be substituted with an aromatic group, or (2) an acyl group containing an aromatic group, R5 is hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl, or an acyl group, provided that, when W is Wa, R3 is hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group or a heterocyclic group, when W is Wb, R3 indicates a C6-14 aryl 366 group, or salts thereof or prodrugs thereof have an excellent action to inhibit neurodegeneration and the like as well as an excellent brain penetrability and are low in the toxicity, thereby being useful as prophylactic or therapeutic drugs for nerve degenerative diseases and the like.
L'invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule générale (1). Cette invention concerne également des sels de ces composés, ou des promédicaments de ces sels ou de ces composés, qui présentent une action efficace pour inhiber la dégénérescence neuronale et ainsi de suite, et sont dotés de propriétés de migration intracérébrale tout en affichant une faible toxicité, ce qui permet de les utiliser comme agents prophylactiques et thérapeutiques contre les maladies de dégénérescence ou similaires. Dans cette formule, R<1> et R<2> représentent chacun hydrogène, hydrocarbyle, ou un groupe hétérocyclique, ou dans une variante R<1> et R<2> peuvent former, avec l'atome de carbone adjacent, un cycle hétérocyclique ou homocyclique de trois à huit chaînons; W désigne i) un groupe représenté par la formule générale (Wa): [dans laquelle B désigne un cycle de cinq à sept chaînons], ou ii) un groupe représenté par la formule générale (Wb) : [dans laquelle R<4> désigne 1) hydrocarbyle aliphatique substitué avec un groupe aromatique, ou 2) acyle porteur d'un groupe aromatique; et R<5> symbolise hydrogène, alkyle ou acyle C1-C6]; et lorsque W désigne Wa, R<3> représente hydrogène, hydrocarbyle, ou un groupe hétérocyclique, et si W symbolise Wb, R<3> représente aryle C6-C14.
