- 1 - Abstract: The invention provides novel heterocyclic compounds of general formula I Image and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1, R2, R4 and R5 are each hydrogen or a lower alkyl group and R3 is hydrogen, a halogen, an alkyl group, a haloalkyl group, an alkoxy group, an alkenyl group, an alkenyloxy group, an aryl group, an aryloxy group, an acyl group or a nitro group, and the broken line represents a single or double bond, provided that, when the broken line is a single bond, R3 is other than hydrogen. These compounds have good antipyretic, analgesic and antiinflammatory effects in humans and animals, without toxicity.
