The present invention relates to novel benzopyranyl guanidine derivatives of formula (1), wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, n and * are each defined in specification, process for preparation thereof and pharmaceutical use of the benzopyranyl guanidine derivatives. The benzopyranyl guanidine derivatives of the present invention can be used for protecting heart, neuronal cell or brain damage, preserving organs, and also the benzopyranyl guanidine derivatives are pharmacologically useful for inhibiting NO generation, and for suppressing lipid peroxidation, angiogenesis or restenosis.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de benzopyranyle guanidine de la formule (1) dans laquelle R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, n et * ont chacun la définition figurant dans la description, leur procédé de préparation ainsi que l'utilisation pharmaceutique des dérivés de benzopyranyle guanidine. Les dérivés de benzopyranyle guanidine de la présente invention peuvent être utilisés pour protéger le coeur, les cellules neuronales ou prévenir une détérioration du cerveau, pour préserver des organes, et les dérivés de benzopyranyle guanidine sont utiles sur le plan pharmacologique pour inhiber la production de NO ainsi que pour supprimer la peroxydation lipidique, l'angiogénèse ou la resténose.
