Abstract Insecticidally and acaricidally active novel compounds of the formula Image in which A is -CF2-CF2-, -CF2-CHF- or -CF2-CFCl-, X is oxygen or sulphur, R1, R2 and R3 each independently is hydrogen, halogen or alkyl, R4 and R5 each independently is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or halogenoalkyl, and R6 is hydrogen, halogen or alkyl. The benzodioxene intermediates therefor are also new.
