The present invention is directed to a new class of 6-benzyl urea/thiourea- quinolin-2-one derivatives and 2-oxo-6-benzylurea/thiourea-chromene derivatives of the formula (I). These compound are androgen antagonists and are useful in the treatment of alopecia, acne and other conditions associated with inappropriate activation of the androgen receptor.
La présente invention concerne une nouvelle classe de dérivés de 6-benzylurée/thiourée-quinolin-2-one et de dérivés de 2-oxo-6-benzylurée/thiourée-chromène de formule (I). Lesdits composés sont des antagonistes des androgènes et sont utiles dans le traitement de l'alopécie, de l'acnée et d'autres pathologies associées à une activation inappropriée du récepteur des androgènes.
