Novel beta -aminovinyl ketones of general formula (VI), wherein R<1> is, in particular, an alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl group; R<2> is, in particular, an electron attracting substituent such as nitro, acyl, ester, alkylthio, carbamoyl, thiocarbamoyl or haloalkyl; R<3> is, in particular, an alkyl or alkoxy group or a halogen atom; n is 1 or 2 and m is 0, 1, 2 or 3. A method for preparing such compounds by carrying out a condensation reaction between ketone R<1>-CO-CH<3> and, in particular, benzonitrile substituted by (R<2>)n and optionally (R<3>)m, in the presence of a strong base, as well as the use of said beta -aminovinyl ketones of general formula (VI) for preparing the corresponding beta -diketones, are also disclosed.
La présente invention concerne de nouvelles .beta.-aminocinycétones de formule générale (VI) dans laquelle: R1 représente notamment un groupe alcényle, alcynyle, cycloalkyle ou cycloalcényle: R2 représente notamment un substituant attracteur d'électrons comme nitro, acyle, ester, alkylthio, carbamoyle, thiocarbamoyle ou halogénoalkyle; R3 représente notamment un groupe alkyle, alcoxy ou un atome d'halogène; n est égal notamment à 1 ou 2 et m à 0, 1, 2 ou 3. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ces composés pat réaction de condensation de la cétone R1-CO-CH3 avec notamment le benzonitrile substitué par (R2)n et éventuellement (R3)m, en opérant en présence d'une base forte. La présente invention concerne encore l'utilisation des .beta.-aminovinylcétones de formule (VI) pour la préparation des .beta.-dicétones correspondantes.
