23305-1020 ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides herbicidal agents and plant growth regulators containing as active ingredient a complex of a benzene sulphonyl urea of formula II Image II wherein X stands for halogen or -COOR in which R is an aliphatic group, Y and Z independently of each other stand for hydrogen, C1-4 alkoxy or C1-4 alkoxy and A represents a -CH2-group or a nitrogen atom, and .beta.- cyclodextrin. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of such complexes and their use in plant protection.
