DISCLOSURE: New way to artificially make Nacre into pearls of varying shape that contain nacre inside (a reason farmed pearl is more expensive than artificially manufactured pearls). Other existing means of artificially making pearls use large beads in the centre, and dip on the nacre coating by coating, resulting only a thin layer of nacre on the outside of their artificially made pearl product. COMPRISES OF: Nacre from iridescent sources (eg. snails, insects...) possibly mixed with translucent paints/dyes and sparkles. 3 to 4 spray nozzles. Mould of different shapes and possible oscillating/vibrating/tamping. Baking machine if additional drying is needed. HOW IT WORKS: The nacre is broken down, possibly mixed with translucent paints/dyes/glass and sparkles (only if the latter additions will add to the value/price of the pearls). The nacre mixture maybe mixed with water or alcohol depending the effects of the liquid (we want a liquid that mixes evenly and dries easily. The centre is created by taking the liquefied mixture is extruded into a mould (moulds can vary in shape eg. square, half moon... ) of the size that the liquid in the mixture will dry efficiently and if the liquefied mixture is not fully filling the entire mould, we might use an oscillating, or vibrating, or tamping mechanism. It might even be optimal to create the entire pearl from one mould. If the liquid won't dry, we can bake. We could also use 3 to 4 spray nozzles and spray on the nacre. Or use multiple mould sizes where you create a dried product and it is used as centre for a larger mould and so on... Finally, with a dried centre (whose core is entirely nacre - possibly better quality than pearls from the sea) we could dip the final product. The last obvious step is to buff the pearls.
