The present invention provides a beverage, comprising: 5-35% weight/volume fat and/or oil, wherein the fat/oil comprises vegetable oils, and comprises a maximum of 30% weight/volume saturated fatty acids and minimum 20% weight/volume unsaturated fatty acids, said unsaturated fatty acids comprising omega-3-fatty acids and omega-6- fatty acids, and the weight ratio of said omega-6 fatty acids to said omega-3 fatty acids is no greater than 4:1; a maximum of 2.5% weight/volume of carbohydrates; and lactic acid; wherein the content of fat and/or oil is higher than the carbohydrate content by weight. The beverage is especially suitable for patients suffering from inflammatory diseases (Ulcerative Colitis, Rheuma, Multiple Sclerosis), from diabetes and associated chronic diabetes complications (retinopahty, neuropathy, nephropathy, micro- and macrovascular damages e.g.. blood vessel damages, myocardial infarction), from neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome), and from cancer.
La présente invention procure une boisson comprenant : un gras et/ou une huile à 5-35 % (rapport poids/volume), où le gras/l'huile est constitué d'huiles végétales, au maximum de 30 % (rapport poids/volume) d'acides gras saturés et au minimum de 20 % (rapport poids/volume) d'acides gras insaturés, lesdits acides gras insaturés comprenant des acides gras oméga-3 et des acides gras oméga-6, le rapport de poids desdits acides gras oméga-6 et desdits acides gras oméga-3 ne dépassant pas 4:1; au maximum 2,5 % (rapport poids/volume) de glucides; et de l'acide lactique; dont la teneur pondérale en gras et/ou en huile est supérieure à la teneur pondérale en glucides. La boisson est particulièrement adaptée pour les patients atteints de maladies inflammatoires (colite ulcérative, polyarthrite rhumatoïde, sclérose en plaques), du diabète et de complications chroniques du diabète (rétinopathie, neuropathie, néphropathie, complications microvasculaires et macrovasculaires, ¬par exemple, atteinte de vaisseaux sanguins|, infarctus du myocarde), de maladies neurodégénératives (maladie d'Alzheimer, encéphalopathie de Gayer-Wernicke) et du cancer.
