ABSTRACT In a process for a frozen beverage, popsicle, or slush; of alcoholic beverages such as wine or beer. It is a new product even though comprised of traditional ingredients and methods. The process is as follows: the alcoholic beverage is poured into a form and frozen or mixed with crushed ice. It is best if consumed while frozen. Sweetener is optional. Also optional is the forming of the beer or wine into the shape or a bottle of beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverage. The option of having a stick as a handle, as is typical of frozen deserts.
