A beverage container (14) closure includes a cap (12) and a monolithic cap liner (10) having concentric first and second seal rings (21, 22) coupled to the cap (12). The concentric first and second seal rings (21, 22) are adapted to mate with an annular rim (24) provided on the neck (16) of a beverage container (18) and formed to include an open mouth (20) to allow liquids to flow through the neck (16) into and out of the beverage container (18). At least one of the seal rings is splayed relative to the annular rim (24) during installation of the cap (12) on the container neck (16) to form a seal between the cap (12) and the beverage container (18).

L'invention porte sur une fermeture de récipient de boisson (14) comprenant une capsule (12) et un joint monolithique (10) pourvu de premiers et seconds anneaux d'étanchéité concentriques (21, 22) reliés à la capsule (12). Lesdites anneaux (21, 22) sont conçus de manière à s'adapter à un rebord annulaire (24) installé sur le goulot (16) d'un récipient de boisson (18) et conçu afin de pouvoir contenir une bouche ouverte (20) pour permettre aux liquides de couler à travers le goulot (16) dans le récipient de boisson (18) et hors de ce dernier.
