A beverage container including a container body having a top end and a bottom end, the top end of the container body having a dented portion defining a tear tab, a pull ring fixedly secured to the tear tab and adapted for opening it from the top end of the container body, and a straw mounted inside the container body, wherein the tear tab has a front end, a rear end, and an inner side, the rear end of the tear tab being not detachable from the top end of the container body, the inner side of the tear tab being fixedly mounted with a locating ring, which holds the straw in place; the pull ring is fixedly secured to the tear tab, having a lip closely attached to the front end of the tear tab.
