There is disclosed a beverage dispenser capable of appropriately and smoothly supplying a supercooled beverage without being influenced by a type of raw water. The present invention is a beverage dispenser 1 comprising: a raw water treatment device 63 which deaerates raw water and/or filters the raw water through a reverse osmosis film; a primary cooling device 13 which cools said raw water to an ice point or so; a raw water supply circuit 59 which supplies the raw water cooled by the primary cooling device 13 to the outside; a secondary cooling device 30 which cools the raw water flowing through the raw water supply circuit 59 into the supercooled state at the solidifying point or less; and a syrup circuit 53 which supplies a syrup to the raw water supplied to the outside through a heat exchanger 61 for supercooling the raw water of the secondary cooling device 30.
La présente invention concerne un distributeur de boissons capable de verser une boisson sous-refroidie de manière appropriée et régulière sans être influencé par un type d'eau non traitée. La présente invention concerne un distributeur de boissons 1 qui comprend : un dispositif de traitement de l'eau non traitée 63 qui désaère l'eau non traitée et/ou filtre l'eau non traitée à travers un film d'osmose inverse; un dispositif de refroidissement primaire 13 qui refroidit ladite eau non traitée jusqu'au point de congélation (ou presque); un circuit 59 de distribution d'eau non traitée qui dirige vers l'extérieur l'eau refroidie et non traitéeau moyen du dispositif de refroidissement primaire; un dispositif 30 de refroidissement secondaire qui refroidit l'eau non traitée à travers le circuit 59 de distribution d'eau non traitée jusqu'à atteindre un état sous-refroidi de solidification (ou presque); et un circuit 53 de sirop qui envoie un sirop dans l'eau non traitée versée à l'extérieur à travers un échangeur de chaleur 61 afin de sous-refroidir l'eau non traitée du dispositif de refroidissement secondaire 30.
