An apparatus for dispensing liquids directly from a vertically oriented inverted container containing a liquid comprises a body adapted to receive and secure the open mouth of the container and defining a pair of spaced chambers with a first chamber communicating directly through the mouth with the liquid in the container and the second chamber communicating directly with the ullage volume of the container via a hollow tube-like member. The body further defines first and second spaced passageways that communicate with the respective chambers. The first passageway is vertically aligned beneath said first chamber so as to permit unimpeded flow of liquid therethrough when open. A pair of valves is adapted to selectively open and close the first and second passageways. Finally, a valve control mechanism is operative linked to the valves and sequentially opens the second valve and then the first valve to permit the unimpeded equilibration of the pressure in the ullage volume prior to the unimpeded dispensing of fluid from the bottle to the awaiting receptacle.
Dispositif pour distribuer du liquide directement à partir d'un contenant inversé et en position verticale contenant un liquide, comportant un corps adapté pour recevoir et assujettir l'ouverture du contenant, et définissant deux compartiments espacés, le premier compartiment communiquant directement par l'ouverture avec le liquide dans le contenant, et le deuxième compartiment communiquant directement avec l'espace libre du contenant par l'intermédiaire d'un élément en forme de tube creux. Le corps comporte aussi un premier et un deuxième passages espacés communiquant avec chacun des compartiments. Le premier passage est aligné verticalement sous le premier compartiment de manière à permettre au liquide de couler librement dans le passage lorsque celui-ci est ouvert. Deux robinets permettent d'ouvrir et de fermer le premier et le deuxième passages de manière sélective. Un mécanisme de commande est relié aux robinets et ouvre le deuxième robinet et ensuite le premier, pour permettre l'équilibrage sans entrave de la pression dans l'espace libre, avant que le liquide ne s'écoule librement dans le contenant à remplir à partir de la bouteille.
