A container contains coffee, tea or a soft drink saturated with an inert gas and, if necessary or desired, a foam-retaining agent. Alternatively, a bulk container includes coffee, tea or a soft drink and, if necessary or desired, a foam-retaining agent, in association with means for dispensing the soft drink, and means for introducing an inert gas on dispensing. By means of the invention, a non-alcoholic drink is dispensed with a creamy head.

L'invention concerne un contenant renfermant du café, du thé ou une boisson gazeuse saturée avec un gaz inerte; et si nécessaire ou souhaité, un agent de rétention de la mousse. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un contenant en vrac comprend du café, du thé ou une boisson gazeuse et, si nécessaire ou souhaité, un agent de rétention de la mousse. Il comprend également des moyens permettant de distribuer la boisson gazeuse, et des moyens permettant d'introduire un gaz inerte pendant la distribution. Le procédé décrit dans cette invention permet de distribuer une boisson non-alcoolisée présentant un col crémeux.
