A beverage extraction assembly (60) for application to beverage extraction machines for extracting a beverage from a particulate substance contained in a cartridge, characterized in that it comprises: a support (62, 63) connectable to a water outlet of a beverage extraction machine; a cartridge holder (64) removably mounted on the support (62, 63) for holding a cartridge (21) containing a particulate substance, the cartridge (21) comprising at least a first cartridge port (26b) protruding outwardly from its upper surface for receiving water under pressure; the support (62, 63) comprising a water inlet port (65) connectable to the water outlet, for delivering the water to the first cartridge port (26b), the cartridge holder (64) comprising a bottom aperture (267) for providing an escape for the extracted beverage; the water inlet port (65) of the support (62, 63) comprising means (266) for providing a radial fluid-tight seal between the water inlet port (65) and the first cartridge port (26b).
L'invention concerne un ensemble d'extraction de boisson (60) destiné à être appliqué sur des machines d'extraction de boisson afin d'extraire une boisson à partir d'une substance particulaire contenue dans une cartouche. Ledit ensemble est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : un support (62, 63) pouvant être relié à une sortie d'eau d'une machine d'extraction de boisson ; un porte-cartouche (64) monté amovible sur le support (62, 63), permettant de retenir une cartouche (21) contenant une substance particulaire, la cartouche (21) comprenant au moins un premier orifice de cartouche (26b) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur à partir de sa surface supérieure, permettant de recevoir l'eau sous pression ; le support (62, 63) comprenant un orifice d'entrée d'eau (65) pouvant être relié à la sortie d'eau, permettant la distribution d'eau vers le premier orifice de cartouche (26b), le porte-cartouche (64) comprenant une ouverture inférieure (267) permettant l'évacuation de la boisson extraite ; l'orifice d'entrée d'eau (65) du support (62, 63) comprenant un moyen (266) permettant d'assurer un joint étanche aux fluides entre l'orifice d'entrée d'eau (65) et le premier orifice de cartouche (26b).
