A bi-directional tamper resistant temperature adjustment controller interface comprises a control dial (104) having an interior face wherein a cylindrical center boss extends (204) therefrom, said cylindrical center boss having a substantially annular cross section, and a central axial bore (414) adapted to receive a rotatable control member and an exterior side wall of the boss has formed therein a first and a second ring of inline recessed notches (208) adapted for resistively engaging a deflecting member (210). In one embodiment of the invention the first and second ring of inline recessed notches are a first and second ring of directional serrations wherein the first ring of serrations are angularly directed in a first direction to resist rotation of the dial in one direction of rotation and the second ring of serrations are angularly directed in a second direction to resist rotation of the dial in an opposing direction of rotation.
L'invention concerne une interface de réglage de température bidirectionnelle inviolable, qui comprend un cadran de contrôle (104) à face interne, depuis lequel s'étend une protubérance cylindrique centrale (204) à section transversale sensiblement annulaire, et à trou axial central (414) recevant un élément de contrôle rotatif. Une paroi latérale externe de la protubérance comporte des premier et second anneaux à encoches creuses en ligne (208) pour l'enclenchement en résistance d'un élément de déviation (210). Selon une variante, ces deux anneaux à encoches creuses en ligne constituent deux anneaux à dentelures orientées, le premier anneau comportant des dentelures à orientation angulaire selon une première direction pour résister à la rotation du cadran dans une direction de rotation, et le second anneau comportant des dentelures à orientation angulaire selon une seconde direction pour résister à la rotation du cadran dans une direction de rotation opposée.
